We reserve the right to refuse to sell any of our animals if we feel their care would be jeopardized. If you are new to our hobby, please take the time to research the proper care and husbandry of these geckos before purchasing. Shipping - Shipping is a flat rate of $55 dollars for purchases of up to 3 geckos. If you are purchasing more than 3, please contact us before checking out to get an exact shipping quote. We only ship Monday-Wednesday for next day delivery by 10:30 am. We will not ship if temperatures are below 45 degrees or above 90 degrees. We will provide heat or cold packs if necessary at no extra charge. All of our boxes are fully insulated and great care goes into the packaging of our geckos. We guarantee live arrival as long as someone is there to accept the delivery on the first attempt. In the unlikely case of DOA, we require that you notify us within one hour of arrival. We guarantee that all of the animals we ship are eating and healthy to the best of our knowledge. We will also guarantee the animal for the first 48 hours after arrival. If there is an issue before this time, please contact us as soon as possible. Upon our discretion, we will refund your purchase in full minus shipping costs. All sexes are guaranteed if listed, except for temperature sexed geckos that are too young to be 100% sure. We also request that you contact us via email as soon as your gecko arrives.
Payment Options - We accept PayPal at this time. We can hold an animal with at 25% non-refundable deposit for up to 30 days unless weather related. We will not ship any animal until payment is made in full. We do attend many of the reptile shows in the North Texas area, so delivery can be arranged as well. If you are local to the Dallas/Fort Worth area, please contact us before purchasing on this site and we can arrange to meet.
